My Profit First Journey

I first came across Profit First about four years ago and, honestly, it stopped me in my tracks. It made so much sense. But like a garden that needs the right season to plant, the timing never felt quite right to take the plunge into formal accreditation.

I wanted to be genuinely involved in my clients' businesses, not just processing numbers in the background. After an intensive training program and a final exam covering both theory and practical application, I became a certified Profit First Professional. Since then, I have gone on to achieve Profit First Mastery, which puts me among a very small group of practitioners in Australia who hold that level of qualification.

I have also implemented Profit First in my own business, so when you hit a question or a hurdle, I have most likely already been there.
